s1 2 s4 Property Agents and Motor Dealers Amendment No. 297, 2002 Regulation (No. 1) 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Regulation 2001. 3 Insertion of new pt 7, div 11 After section 54— insert— ‘Division 11—Agreements with financial institutions about keeping general trust accounts ‘54A Financial institutions to which s 410 of the Act applies ‘Section 410 1 of the Act applies to a financial institution mentioned in schedule 3.’. 4 Insertion of new sch 3 After schedule 2— insert— 1 Section 410 (Agreements with financial institutions) of the Act
