The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to revoke
certain fees payable under the Property Law Act

1958.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under section 13 of the Property Law Act 1958.

3. Commencement

These regulations come into operation on
1 January 1999.

4. Revocation of fees

In the Property Law (Fees) Regulations 19931— (a) in regulation 6, items 5 and 6 are revoked; (b) regulation 7 is revoked.
