2 Prohibited Fauna No. 264, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Prohibited Fauna Order 1992 . ˙ Revocation of order in council 2. The order in council made under the Act on 29 June 1989 and published in the Gazette on 1 July 1989 at pages 2213 to 2214 is revoked. ˙ Prohibited fauna 3. The fauna specified in the Schedule are declared, under section 26 of the Act, to be prohibited fauna throughout the State.
