These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on 15 July 2024.

(a) after the row relating to section 318 insert:

(b) in the row relating to section 378 (2
nd occurrence) delete the words “on conviction for which a summary conviction penalty is imposed underThe Criminal Code section 426(4)”.
