B E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­ lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— 1. (1.) This Act may be cited as “ The Profiteering Short title. Prevention Acts Amendment Act of 1959.” (2.) “ The Profiteering Prevention Acts, 1948 to APrcitn. cipal 1957,” are in this Act referred to as the Principal Act. (3.) The Principal Act and this Act may be C tit o l l e l . ective collectively cited as “ The Profiteering Prevention Acts, 1948 to 1959.”
