Professional Standards (Victorian Bar Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2019

1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (Victorian Bar Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2019.

2   Commencement

Section 4 commences on 1 July 2019.

3   Approval of interstate scheme—Act, s 14

The Victorian Bar Professional Standards Scheme is an interstate scheme that has been approved by the appropriate council for Victoria.

(b)section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force.

4   Repeal

The Professional Standards (Victorian Bar Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2014, SL No. 52 is repealed.
