Professional Standards (Victorian Bar Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2014

1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (Victorian Bar Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2014.

2   Commencement

Section 4 commences on 1 July 2014.

3   Approval of interstate scheme—Act, s 14(1)

The Victorian Bar Professional Standards Scheme is an interstate scheme that has been approved by the appropriate council for Victoria.

(a)section 15 of the Act for when the scheme commences; and

(b)section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force.
