1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (The Law Society of South Australia Professional Standards Scheme) Amendment Notice 2017.

This notice amends the Professional Standards (The Law Society of South Australia Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2017.

3   Amendment of s 3 (Approval of interstate scheme—Act, s 14(1))

Section 3, note 2—
omit, insert—

2A copy of the scheme is available on the council’s website.

4   Insertion of new s 3A

After section 3—
insert—

3A   Approval of instrument amending interstate scheme—Act, s 14

The appropriate council for South Australia has approved an instrument amending the interstate scheme mentioned in section 3.
