1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (The CPA Australia Ltd Professional Standards (Accountants) Scheme) Notice 2019.

2   Commencement

Section 4 commences on 23 December 2019.

3   Approval of interstate scheme—Act, s 14

The CPA Australia Ltd Professional Standards (Accountants) Scheme is an interstate scheme that has been approved by the appropriate council for New South Wales.

4   Repeal

The Professional Standards (The CPA Australia Ltd Professional Standards (Accountants) Scheme) Notice 2017, SL No. 239 is repealed.
