1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (South Australian Bar Association Inc Scheme) Notice 2017.

2   Commencement

Section 4 commences on 1 July 2017.

3   Approval of interstate scheme—Act, s 14(1)

The South Australian Bar Association Inc Professional Standards Scheme is an interstate scheme that has been approved by the appropriate council for South Australia.

(b)section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force.

4   Repeal

The Professional Standards (South Australian Bar Association Inc Scheme) Notice 2011, SL No. 293 is repealed.
