1. Name of regulation

This regulation is the Professional Standards Scheme Legislation Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 November 2012.

1. Amendment of Corporations Regulations 2001

Schedule 1 amends the Corporations Regulations 2001.

Schedule 2 amends the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Regulations 2001.
