Professional Standards (Queensland Law Society Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2016

1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (Queensland Law Society Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2016.

2   Commencement

Section 4 commences on 1 July 2016.

3   Approval of scheme—Act, s 14(1)

The Queensland Law Society Professional Standards Scheme has been approved by the council under part 2, division 1 of the Act.

(b)section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force.
