Professional Standards (New South Wales Bar Association Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2015

1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (New South Wales Bar Association Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2015.

2   Commencement

Section 4 commences on 1 July 2015.

3   Approval of interstate scheme—Act, s 14(1)

The New South Wales Bar Association Professional Standards Scheme is an interstate scheme that has been approved by the appropriate council for New South Wales.

3A   Approval of instrument amending interstate scheme—Act, s 14

The appropriate council for New South Wales has approved an instrument amending the interstate scheme mentioned in section 3.

See section 15 of the Actfor when the amendment of the scheme commences.

4   Repeal

The Professional Standards (New South Wales Bar Association Scheme) Notice 2010, SL No. 376 is repealed.
