1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (Law Society of South Australia Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2022.

2   Commencement

Section 4 commences on 1 July 2022.

3   Approval of scheme—Act, s 14

The Law Society of South Australia Professional Standards Scheme is an interstate scheme that has been approved by the appropriate council for South Australia.

(a)section 15 of the Act for when the scheme commences; and

(b)section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force.

4   Repeal

The Professional Standards (The Law Society of South Australia Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2017, SL No. 95 is repealed.
