1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (Law Institute of Victoria Limited Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2022.

2   Commencement

Section 4 commences on 1 July 2022.

3   Approval of interstate scheme—Act, s 14

The Law Institute of Victoria Limited Professional Standards Scheme is an interstate scheme that has been approved by the appropriate council for Victoria.
