1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (CPA Australia Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2025.

2   Commencement

Section 4 commences on 21 August 2025.

3   Approval of interstate scheme—Act, s 14

The CPA Australia Professional Standards Scheme is an interstate scheme that has been approved by the appropriate council for New South Wales.

(b)section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force.

4   Repeal

The Professional Standards (The CPA Australia Ltd Professional Standards (Accountants) Scheme) Notice 2019, SL No. 266 is repealed.
