1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Professional Standards Scheme (Queensland)) Notice 2014.

2   Commencement

Section 4 commences on 8 October 2014.

3   Approval of scheme—Act, s 14(1)

The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia Professional Standards Scheme (Queensland) has been approved by the council under part 2, division 1 of the Act.

(b)section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force.

The council has approved an instrument amending the scheme mentioned in section 3.

See sections 15 and 18 of the Act for when the amendment of the scheme commences.

4   Repeal

The Professional Standards (Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (Qld) Scheme) Notice 2013, SL No. 196 is repealed.
