1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (Bar Association of Queensland Scheme) Notice 2013.

2   Approval of scheme—Act, s 14(1)

The Bar Association of Queensland Scheme has been approved by the council under part 2, division 1 of the Act.
