1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (Bar Association of Queensland Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2019.

2   Commencement

Section 4 commences on 1 July 2019.

3   Approval of scheme—Act, s 14

The Bar Association of Queensland Professional Standards Scheme has been approved by the council under part 2, division 1 of the Act.

Notes—

(a)section 15 of the Act for when the scheme commences; and

(b)section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force.

4   Repeal

The Professional Standards (Bar Association of Queensland Scheme) Notice 2013, SL No. 111 is repealed.
