1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (Australian Property Institute Valuers Limited Scheme) Amendment Notice 2019.

This notice amends the Professional Standards (Australian Property Institute Valuers Limited Scheme) Notice 2016.

3   Amendment of s 1 (Short title)

Section 1, after ‘Limited’—

4   Amendment of s 3 (Approval of interstate scheme—Act, s 14(1))

Section 3, notes—
insert—

3The further instrument mentioned in section 3B changes the name of the interstate scheme to the Australian Property Institute Valuers Limited Professional Standards Scheme.

5   Insertion of new s 3B

After section 3A—
insert—

3B   Approval of further instrument amending interstate scheme—Act, s 14

The appropriate council for New South Wales has approved a further instrument amending the interstate scheme mentioned in section 3.
