1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (Australian Property Institute Valuers Limited Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2016.

2   Commencement

Section 4 commences on 1 September 2016.

3   Approval of interstate scheme—Act, s 14(1)

The Australian Property Institute Valuers Limited Scheme is an interstate scheme that has been approved by the appropriate council for New South Wales.

(b)section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force.

2A copy of the scheme is available on the council’s website.

3The further instrument mentioned in section 3B changes the name of the interstate scheme to the Australian Property Institute Valuers Limited Professional Standards Scheme.

3A   Approval of instrument amending interstate scheme—Act, s 14

The appropriate council for New South Wales has approved an instrument amending the interstate scheme mentioned in section 3.

3B   Approval of further instrument amending interstate scheme—Act, s 14

The appropriate council for New South Wales has approved a further instrument amending the interstate scheme mentioned in section 3.

4   Repeal

The Professional Standards (Australian Property Institute Valuers Limited Scheme) Notice 2010, SL No. 378 is repealed.
