Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to remove the minimum annual fee payable under section 53 (the general regulation-making power).

1     Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Professional Standards Amendment (Minimum
Annual Fee) Regulation 2002.

2 Amendment of Professional Standards Regulation 1998

The Professional Standards Regulation 1998 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.
