His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Professional Standards Act 1994.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to enable the Professional Standards Council to remit, in appropriate circumstances, the whole or part of an annual fee paid by an occupational association in respect of a scheme limiting the occupational liability of its members or some of its members.

This Regulation is made under the Professional Standards Act 1994, including section 53 (the general regulation-making power).
