1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Professional Engineers (Code of Practice) Amendment Regulation 2021.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Professional Engineers Regulation 2019.

3   Replacement of s 26 (Code of practice approved—Act, s 108)

Section 26—
omit, insert—

26   Code of practice approved—Act, s 108

For section 108(3) of the Act, the code of practice made by the board on 4 August 2020 is approved.
