Professional Engineers Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Professional Engineers Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2008. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the ProfessionalEngineersRegulation 2003 . 4 Amendment of s 18A (Code of practice approved—Act, s 108) Section 18A, ‘24 March 2005’— omit, insert— ‘21 January 2008’. 5 Omission of s 18B (Areas of engineering—Act, sch 2, definition area of engineering ) Section 18B— omit.
