Made under the Procurement Act 2020 section 2(b) by the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Procurement Act 2020 Commencement

Proclamation 2020.

2.             Commencement

The following provisions of the Procurement Act 2020 come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette —

(a)	Parts 2 to 6;
(b)	Part 8;
(c)	Part 9 (but only section 52);
(d)	Part 10 (but only Division 4).
