Parliamentary Electorates and Elections Act, 1912, as amended by the Parliamentary Elections (Amend­ ment) Act, 1918, wbicb regulations tvere laid before the Legislative Assembly on the twenty-first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, shall have the force of law, and shall be of the same effect as if enacted in the said Act.

Provided that nothing in this section shall affect the rights of the parties in the action in the Supreme Court brought by George Eox against Frederick Gregory Adrian by writ issued out of the said court on the twelfth JVlay last past.
