I, the Governor, acting under the Workers' Compensation Reform Act 2004 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, revoke paragraph (b) of the proclamation made under the Workers' Compensation Reform Act 2004 section 2 on 22 December 2004 and published in the Government Gazette on 31 December 2004 at p. 7131 and fix 14 November 2005 as the day on which the provisions of that Act other than—

(a) the provisions referred to in the Table to that proclamation; and

(b) section 101(4)(a),

come into operation.
