I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Amendment (Cross Border) Act 2004, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than Part 3, come into operation.
