I, the Governor, acting under the Workers' Compensation and Injury Management

Amendment Act 2011 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive

Council, fix 1 October 2011 as the day on which section 3 and Part 3, other than
section 123(2) to (7), of that Act come into operation.
