I, the Governor, acting under the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Amendment Act 2009 section 2(c) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 January 2010 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1, 2, 3, 9 and Part 3, come into operation.
