I, the Governor, acting under the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which sections 3, 100 and 101, Schedule 4 clause 2(1), (2) and (4) and clause 5 and Schedule 5 clauses 1, 7 and 8 of that Act, come into operation.
