1, the Lieutenant.-Governor and deputy of the Governor, acting under the Valuation
of Land Amendment ('Assessed Value) Act 2009 section 2(b) and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which the provisions of that Act. other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation.

Retail Trading Hours (Collie) Variation

Order 2010

Made by the Minister for Commerce under section 12E of the Act.

1.             Citation

(a) on a day specified in the Table; and
(b)
during the hours specified for that day in the Table.
This order is the Reiuil Trading Hours (Collie) Variation
Order 2010.

2.             Commencement

This order comes into operation as follows

(a) clauses I and 2 on the day on which this order is

published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the order — on the day after that day.

3.             Variation of retail trading hours: December 2010

General retail shops within the Shire of Collie are authorised to be open at times when the shops would otherwise be required to be closed —
