Proclamation under the Youth Justice (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2013

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Youth Justice (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2013 fix 1 September 2014 as the day on which section 18 of that Act commences.25 August 2014
