Proclamation under the Workplace Health and Safety Amendment (Mine Safety) Act 2010

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Workplace Health and Safety (Mine Safety) Amendment Act 2010 fix 28 February 2011 as the day on which that Act commences.7 February 2011
