I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Amendment Act 2001 fix 1 August 2001 as the day on which that Act commences.30 July 2001
