Proclamation under the Water Management Amendment (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2015

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Water Management Amendment (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2015 fix 1 January 2016 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.27 November 2015
