Proclamation under the Water Legislation Amendment Act 2008

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Water Legislation Amendment Act 2008 fix 11 February 2009 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.2 February 2009
