Proclamation under the Water Legislation Amendment Act 2004

I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Water Legislation Amendment Act 2004 fix 29 June 2005 as the day on which Parts 3 , 5 and 6 of that Act commence.22 June 2005
