I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2005 fix 15 February 2006 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence. 6 February 2006
