I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Water and Sewerage Corporations Act 2008 fix 9 July 2008 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.30 June 2008
