Proclamation under the Water and Sewerage Corporation Act 2012

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Water and Sewerage Corporation Act 2012 fix –

(a) 1 March 2013 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, except section 44 and Schedule 2 , commence; and (b) 1 July 2013 as the day on which section 44 and Schedule 2 of that Act commence.
