I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Victims of Crime Assistance Amendment (Funeral Expenses) Act 2015 fix 1 November 2015 as the day on which that Act commences.12 October 2015
