Proclamation under the Vehicle and Traffic Amendment (Vehicle Standards) Act 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Vehicle and Traffic Amendment (Vehicle Standards) Act 2001 fix 1 November 2001 as the day on which that Act commences.15 October 2001
