Proclamation under the Vehicle and Traffic Amendment (Heavy Vehicle Charges) Act 2012

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Vehicle and Traffic Amendment (Heavy Vehicle Charges) Act 2012 fix 1 December 2012 as the day on which section 4 of that Act commences.15 October 2012
