I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Vehicle and Traffic Amendment (Driver Distraction and Speed Enforcement) Act 2022 fix 23 June 2023 as the day on which that Act commences.19 June 2023
