Proclamation under the Valuation of Land Act 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 20(9) of the Valuation of Land Act 2001  fix 1 July 2005 as the date on and after which a fresh valuation of all lands within the valuation districts comprising the municipal areas of the following councils comes into force:

(a) Dorset Council; (b) Glamorgan-Spring Bay Council; (c) Glenorchy City Council; (d) Launceston City Council; (e) Waratah-Wynyard Council.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation) This proclamation fixes 1 July 2005 as the date on and after which a fresh valuation of all lands within the valuation districts comprising the municipal areas of the following councils comes into force:

(a) Dorset Council; (b) Glamorgan-Spring Bay Council; (c) Glenorchy City Council; (d) Launceston City Council; (e) Waratah-Wynyard Council.
