Proclamation under the Valuation of Land Act 2001

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 20(9) of the Valuation of Land Act 2001  –

(a) fix 1 July 2003 as the date on and after which a fresh valuation of all lands within the municipal areas of Burnie, Huon Valley, Kingborough and Latrobe comes into force; and (b) declare that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
