I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(4) of the Treasury Miscellaneous (Cost of Living and Affordable Housing Support) Act 2021 fix 1 September 2021 as the day on which Part 4 of that Act commences. 9 August 2021
