Proclamation under the Traffic Offence Detection Devices (New Arrangements) Act 2002

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Traffic Offence Detection Devices (New Arrangements) Act 2002 fix 1 November 2002 as the day on which that Act commences.7 October 2002
